This dragonfly photo grabbed me by the heart because I am having so many awakenings lately.
Here is an excerpt from my blog on the Agents of Conscious Evolution website.

I took a lunch break from my 60-hour per week schedule and happened to catch 15 minutes of this dialogue with TD Jakes:
It amazes me how many times Oprah used the phrase “making the shift,” and everything said in the interview appeared to echo exactly my gestating thoughts about my life purpose and our work in the Shift Network. I think this is one more piece of what Barbara calls a “planetary awakening,” and Oprah’s class lineup for 2012 uses her status in mass media as a co-creator of positive growth.
Here is what happened immediately after I shut off the TV.
I identified exactly what I want to do to marry my passions with the complexity of my life’s lessons (life purpose), and at that very second, a ruby throated hummingbird landed completely still outside my window, its red breast catching the sun like a beacon flashing, flashing, flashing as it breathed. I burst into tears.
According to one expert (Ted Andrews): In Native American culture, a hummingbird symbolizes timeless joy and the Nectar of Life. It’s a symbol for accomplishing that which seems impossible and will teach you how to find the miracle of joyful living from your own life circumstances.
What is extra special about this is in the area where I live I have never seen a ruby-throated bird – usually only the emerald green – and I have never seen one sit completely still for as long as this one did.
