Meditation Museum

I have meditated in a variety of different methods and teachings over my life, but none have affected me the way a meditation led by Sister Jenna of the Meditation Museum in Washington, DC, did this week.

In a very brief guided meditation as part of the Summer of Peace Summit, for the first time I was able to experience my true self as more powerful and beautiful than I ever imagined.  Once you access that knowing you want to keep connecting to it.

I love how Sister Jenna approaches meditation – encouraging you to go back to that connection wherever you are and whatever you are doing or saying – until all becomes meditation.  Some people integrate that connection so entirely in their being that they embody peace.  I enjoy being in the ether of such people because I know I am not there yet.  But my true self is.
