Arun Ghandi, Peace Farmer

Today I listened to a powerful interview with Arun Ghandi, 5th grandson of Mahatma Ghandi, where he discusses violence in our world and what we can do.  You can listen to the discussion free for 48 hours here:  Summer of Peace Summit Recordings

What I loved most was him describing himself as a “peace farmer” planting seeds, and that we can all plant seeds without having the capacity to make a huge change.

He and his late wife, Sunanda Ghandi, have obviously done more than plant seeds.  They have planted gardens.

I invite you to learn of his new organization, Ghandi Worldwide Education Institute, where the goal is to start something sustainable to change the situation that half our world has not a single piece of  bread to eat, while the other half live in luxury ~ starting with rural children.
